Zoho Workerly is a cloud-based application designed for the effective management of timesheets for temporary workers, also known as temps. With Zoho Workerly, temps have the ability to create and submit timesheets for all the jobs they are currently working on. The application also provides a convenient way to keep track of all their timesheets and offers the option to accept jobs that align with their interests.

Upon receiving an invitation from their agent, temps are provided with a username and password via SMS. These credentials can then be used to log in to Zoho Workerly and begin utilizing its features.

To get started, temps can either be directly assigned a job by their agent or they can accept a job from the temp portal. Once assigned to a job, these are the key functions that can be performed:

• Create and submit timesheets: Easily generate timesheets for each job, logging not just the number of hours worked but also any overtime hours.
• Keep track of all timesheets: Access all completed and ongoing timesheets conveniently in the Timesheets section of the app.
• Accept jobs that interest you: Review job details posted by agents on the temp portal and accept those that align with your preferences.
• Get an overview of current and upcoming jobs: Visit the Jobs section of the app to view both ongoing and scheduled jobs.
• Access past jobs: Find all completed jobs in the Job History section and access them whenever needed.
• Effortlessly record work time: Easily check-in and check-out your work time and account for break hours during your daily activities. The real-time check-in feature allows you to reset your work time as needed.
